Obituary for Laurie Wagner (Harvey)

Laurie Harvey Wagner, 60, of Erie, passed away on Saturday May 27, 2017 at the Village at Luther Square. She was born in Erie on February 23, 1957 a daughter of the late Lawrence and Arloween Koch Harvey.

She graduated from Tech Memorial and went on to graduate from Mercyhurst North East and Erie Business Center. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was an avid reader. She enjoyed spoiling her children, TV, movies, her computer, and teacup Chihuahuas.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Mosher and her niece, Donna Byrd.

Survivors include one son, Jon Wagner of Erie; one daughter, Stephanie Wagner of Erie; two grandchildren, Kaylee and Chloe; one sister, Marcia Oviedo of California; one brother, Daniel Harvey of Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to a memorial mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
