Obituary for Edith "Edie" Longmore (Snedden)
Edith "Edie" Snedden Longmore, 64, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Monday July 25, 2022 at her residence. She was born in DuBois, PA on March 6, 1958 a daughter of the late Leeland and Lillian Harvey Snedden.
Edie graduated from Tech Memorial High School and worked at Elby's Big Boy for 20 years. Most recently, she worked at AVI Food Service. She loved animals.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dean and Keith Snedden.
Survivors include her husband, James Longmore, and many dear friends and extended family members.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of services at 7 p.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
