Kathryn Eileen Dunlap Frank, 93, a lifetime resident of Lawrence Park, passed away peacefully on Monday April 23, 2018 at Ball Pavilion. She was born in Erie on May 20, 1924 a daughter of the late Harry and Mary Wohlabaugh Dunlap.

She worked at G&H Market, Keller's Meat Market, and retired from Loblaws. She was a member of Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church, the Lawrence Park Garden Club, the Lawrence Park Historical Society and the LP Alumni Association. She was a longtime volunteer at Ball Pavilion.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Richard F. Frank, and her twin sisters, Roberta and Alberta Dunlap.

Survivors include her two daughters, Lois Fortuna and her husband, Thomas, and Rebecca Bailey and her husband, John, both of Kissimmee, FL; one sister, Leila Moore, of Lawrence Park; nine grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services there at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
