Louise O. Royer Henry, 94, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Saturday January 6, 2018 at the Village at Luther Square. She was born in Clearfield, PA on May 27, 1923 a daughter of the late Richard F. Royer, Sr. and Esther M. Perroz Royer.

Louise worked at Russell Upholstery for 18 years and went on to work with Auto Seat Cover Co. before retiring in 1985. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and a former member of the Ladies Guild. She enjoyed getting together with her neighborhood friends, sewing, and baking.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Robert O. Henry, Sr.; one daughter, Patricia Russo; two sisters, Betty Fox and Patricia Whitmer; and one brother, Richard F. Royer, Jr..

Survivors include three sons, Robert O. Henry, Jr. and his wife, Betty, of West Monroe, LA, Ronald P. Henry and his husband, Steven, of Destin, FL, and Steven L. Henry and his wife, Denise, of Erie; two daughters, Linda Kelly and her husband, John, of Harborcreek and Virginia Passamonte and her husband, Edward, of Erie; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to a prayer service there on Wednesday morning at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association Greater PA Chapter, 110 W. 10th St, Erie, 16501.
