Obituary for Charles Trudnowski

Charles  Trudnowski
Charles Trudnowski, 69, of Millcreek, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the VA Medical Center after a long battle with cancer. Charlie was born in Erie on August 18, 1947 a son of the late Charles and Doris Trudnowski.

Charlie graduated from Academy High School in 1965 and served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He later graduated from Gannon University. He was a career CPA originally working for Ernst & Young. He later worked for 32 years for Swanson Erie Corporation as its Financial Officer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; and his brother, Richard.

Survivors include his daughter, Ashlie and granddaughter, Grace, as well as his son in law, Andy Davet of Westmont, IL.

Funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
