Obituary for Paul L. Ellsworth Sr.

Paul L. Ellsworth Sr., 68, of Erie, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at his residence. He was born at home on April 16, 1948, in Wattsburg, PA, the son of the late Leroy and Beatrice Stokes Ellsworth.
Paul graduated from Wattsburg High School in 1966. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his four brothers, Wayne, Ralph, Jack, and Ed Ellsworth; his five sisters, Rita Howard, Ruth Barnhardt, Linda Burch, Edna Fisher, and Shirley Ellsworth in infancy.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Ellsworth and her significant other, Pete Goulione, of Erie; his son, Paul L. Ellsworth, Jr., of Erie; his three sisters, Joyce Wunder (Ken), of Busti, N.Y., Carol Fisher (Rick), of Jamestown, N.Y., and Laura Burch (Harold), of Jamestown, N.Y., three grandchildren, April Little and her fiancé, Gene Wattle Jr., of Erie, Amanda Hinton (Daniel Sr.), of Glen Rock, PA, and Dylan Little, of Erie; eight great-grandchildren, Alina, Aiden, Ava, Arabella, Daniel Jr., Sierra, Kailyn, and Kiera; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd. Erie, PA 16504, on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the time of funeral service there at 6 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o the funeral home.
